I struggle with my appetite and consuming enough calories, especially in the morning. These shakes have become a daily breakfast for me. The flavor is good, texture is nice and not too chalky and is not thick. I really appreciate the higher calorie and protein of the "plus" shakes as well. This flavor is normally on sale too which is helpful. I do wish they were more affordable but as far as value for money, I don't think you can get much better than these!

I absolutely love these drinks and here on Amazon, they are much cheaper than I find them at Jewel - saving like $20!!! I started drinking these to help.gsin weight and get my nutrients when I was struggling, and now I drink them as a pregnant woman every other day to ensure im getting all the nutrients my baby needs. They have a lot of protein, but none of the weird grittiness of protein drinks and powders. Super smooth consistency and taste like a shake. Dark chocolate is my favorite, but the others are good as well. Strawberry surprised me! Easy way to get nutrients, protein and calories when time is limited or having struggles.

The best for deep chocolate flavor & almost thick consistency. I have one every day!
