Pretty decent music station
Hearty table. It's pretty heavy and though two individuals putting together may be a bit easier, I was able to do it myself. A few things to keep in mind though.1. Make sure you get the left and right frames on correctly. The first time I set it up I was not only confused with the frames, but also the plastic inserts (do they go in the top or bottom of the side frame). Use the bolt holes as a guide for front and back of each frame and make sure when you put the slide rail on, there will be nothing protruding it from going forward from the desk (this was my mistake that made me realize they were on the wrong sides).2. You get plenty of extra parts. I thought I was missing something because I had a few screws/bolts left over.3. Styrofoam is the enemy. This was worthy of knocking 1/2 star off. There was styrofoam all over the inside of the desk parts and it wasn't the nice kind. It's the kind that sticks to your fingers and clothing when you touch it. A real pain to get rid of.4. The pull-out shelf is too low (another 1/2 star off). I'm not a tall guy and it barely works for me. But it should be at least 2" taller (yes, I'm aware you can buy risers). My 88-key Yamaha fits on the shelf nicely though I was worried it wouldn't sustain the weight.5. There's a small chip in the front of my desk. Not worth sending it back, but it should have been packed better.Overall, a solid product. Wish it was a little more wood than metal, but it looks modern and shows well.

PERFECT
You definitely need two people to put this together and some of the instructions were confusing but hey not any worse than ikea!! LOVE the desk!! Sturdy, quality, perfect size, could fit a HUGE keyboard considering mine has built in speakers and i think is a 64 key? its a big one for sure and my monitor is one of the biggest a full ultra wide. Honestly a bang for your buck.

Almost perfect
My only problem which i might resolve by adding risers to the legs, is the height of the slide out. It needs to be about 2.5"-3" higher. In a standard office chair at lowest setting my legs do not fit underneath the slide out at all. Im 6'2" @180lbs. This shouldnt be an issue. If i have this issue so will most other people. If i add risers to the legs to adjust for keyboard height, then my desk surface will be way too high. With this desk being sold as a studio desk this should have been accounted for. Nobody sits at their desk in a short piano bench. If you have a tiny chair and\or skinny legs this desk might be perfect for you. If you are average or larger, go somewhere else.Assembly was easy. 15-20 minutes. It is a nice looking build but, i honestly cant recommend this.

Not the best, but it’s the best!
So, if you’re reading this, chances are you’re like me and you’ve seen all the other studio workstations out there that charge thousands for what looks like IKEA furniture. You’re probably looking at the price of this one and thinking, what’s the catch? The catch for me, and why I gave it four instead of five stars, is that it’s not adjustable for an individual’s height, and I’m taller than the average person in China where this was designed and made. So I have to lower my studio chair down to avoid banging my knees into the keyboard tray. It also changes my posture when playing the keyboard compared to sitting on a piano bench. But these are minor gripes compared to the overall solid build for the incredible price. Also, it arrived flawlessly from overseas. Even the delivery guy said that for an object of its size and weight, it was the best packaged he’s ever seen, and I’d agree. You’re not going to find a better 88key workstation anywhere near this price point. I know because I had been looking for years until I found this one!
