The one I received is not branded as “allsetthealth” it has no label tag and very low in height and just looks cheap and smells like its been perfumed. Packaging is also old and dirty. Returned.

The product smells glue and the inside is not cleanly made . Too bad because it seems to be confortable . Too expensive for the finishing !

It comes vacuum packed and regained its shape just fine within a day or so. I did not notice any odours on it. It’s exactly as expected and is comfortable to use. I’m a short person with short legs and I have no problems with this bolster. I bought this because I had abdominal surgery and must sleep on my back for at least six weeks, but I hate sleeping on my back. A bolster pillow like this under the knees makes sleeping on your back easier, especially if you experience any lower back pain, as it helps the lower back relax better. I would recommend this, the price was right and it works well.

This is the perfect pillow for me and I suspect quite a number of others also. At times, my neck, lower back, or the area behind my knees needs a supportive boost, and this handles those spots perfectly. Because it is made of memory foam, it is neither too hard nor too soft; it gives just enough without losing its shape. The washable cover is made of a really nice, soft velvet in a rich, dark gray color. There is also a hidden zipper on the back (which I’ve shown in my second photo). I actually had to wash the cover already after spilling some tea on it, and it washed beautifully right in my washing machine and also put it in the dryer. It didn't shrink at all, and the flexibility of the memory foam made it easy to put back on with very little effort. Plus, there was none of that funky chemical smell you sometimes get with new memory foam. I recently had an MRI and truly wished I’d had this pillow with me to prop under my knees—it completely takes the stress off my back and knees while easing my hip discomfort. I find it incredibly comfortable for propping myself up during the day, as well as at night to elevate my legs and prevent swollen ankles. For the price, this is a fantastic, well-made item that perfectly fits my needs. I highly recommend it!

I have found the half-moon bolster pillow is very good for under my knees also lower back.
