2in1 Combo Combination Toilet & Sink Together Wash Basin Bathroom WC Space Saving Unit with Tap and Soft Closing Toilet Seat in White

Fitted this in my Mum's house, it is a great idea, well executed and good quality. I would rate it more highly except there were some small issues I found;Firstly the basin/cistern combo unit is not rigidly fixed to the toilet bowl and I don't remember any way of fixing it to a wall therefore there is more movement in it than I was expecting. The valve setup inside has a very small tolerance and it fouls against the inside of the cistern unless you get it perfectly arranged. The blanking plug used for the side of the cistern not plumbed in did not seal first time and I had to use silicone. Finally the cistern and bowl are slightly different tones of white.All that said it didn't take long to fit and works well now.

The idea is good and this particular unit was the only one I could find that fitted in the available space. Now that it is in place it works well. However, getting there has proved a sorry saga. Firstly the sink unit when it arrived was smashed into pieces, in my view because of inadequate packaging for delivery by a delivery company; that item, admittedly, was replaced promptly. Secondly the flush unit could not be assembled; the pipe fittings and flexible hoses as supplied just did not connect. And, yes, I employed a professional plumber and it was only through his skill that he was able to make up special adaptors (at unnecessary expense) to overcome that problem. Thirdly there were no adequate instructions, and when we rang up the manufacturers they were not able to help.

Ideal for narrow spaces. Works well, instructions are ok but the last page regarding securing the toilet should appear earlier in the script. The unit is quite heavy to lift to place the secure fittings under the we.

It is fantastic and flashes well.

Terrible broken threw it away

I love the sink idea and it works a treat for a small toilet room ( quite a small toilet) but that suits my room, but the seat just keeps moving ! I have bought extra rubber stoppers to go into the holes but it still moved. I have just tried putting rubber washers that i made myself around every screw and that seems to be working ( for now )

Great product - one faulty part, it replaced quickly and now works a dream!
