Can i use this to compare the same color on 2 monitors?

We used the equipment to measure before and after color of same solid sample. The result is shown as delta E. We haven't used it on monitors.

Can this be used for matching stain colors and does it tell you to add the appropriate color to add to make a match .

yes it can and no it does no. you have to figure the formulation yourself.

can I measure color of a liquid ? Is the unit portable
