For me and husband, this stuff actually helps symptoms lessen and duration shorten. You have to have it in your cupboard to reap the benefit.Because by the time you start to feel poorly and you go buy it , you're too far into it for it to make a great difference , but if you get on it first thing , it does help.

Good for colds
My go to! Love to keep these on hand at all times. If I think I might be getting sick I take them as directed. Also, when you are sick they will soothe your throat and elevate symptoms of your cold. Doesn't taste bad but has a cooling feel.
