CORNEY Nasal strips are drug-free way to reduce nasal congestion whilst sleeping or exercising. The strips can improve airflow by up to 30%, thus reducing the need to breathe through your mouth. Directions for Use: 1. Choose the correct size strip for your nose. 2. Wash and dry your nose to remove any excess grease. 3. Remove the nasal strip from its protective packaging. 4. Place the strip (smooth side down) across the bridge of your nose. 5. Gently rub to secure. To remove: Slowly loosen the ends of the strips and gently pull away from the skin. This is best done when showering or washing your face.
