Bought for my daughter as a first machine.Works well and easy to use. Light weight.Easy to store. Came ready threaded with plenty of accessories too and clear simply instructions. Great for cottons.Foot pedal is very sensitive, and is it noisier and faster than expected but overall very impressed.

Can anyone please help? We don’t know how to remove the upper bobbin?
Can’t use the machine without being able to remove the upper bobbin… instructions are very poor and no way of contacting for support on how to remove the upper bobbin!

Too inconsistent for a child to use
If you want to teach a child to sew, do not buy this! It constantly jams and the needle unthreads.All I wanted was a machine to do straight stitch for my daughter to use, but it cannot do the most very basic things. Honestly, she’d be better off using an adult machine. Safer, more consistent and larger (so space for her hands).So glad Amazon offered extended returns on Xmas gifts- great service from Amazon!
