Have taken this product for years. Gentle on the stomach. Works well for leg cramps and helps with digestion too.

Don’t buy this. I bought this supplement bc it was recommended by a physician, even though the ingredients weren’t listed. After taking two doses it was clear that it hurt my stomach. I contacted the seller and the company and no one got back to me to get a refund. Super expensive waste of money.

I bought these from this specific manufacturer on the reccommendation of my orthopedic surgeon. He explained to me that there were different types of calcium, and that some are better than others because they are absorbed by the body better than others. He then told me what to look for. He specifically reccommended Ortho Molecular, though he didn't sell them in his office as I know some doctors do. These are gel caps, so they are not as bad as some other calcium supplements that are huge pills. I take them with meals and a glass of water so they don't upset my stomach. They are a about the size of an Aleve, but different proportions, so they are pretty easy to swallow. I would reccommend this over most of the calcium supplements that you can find in stores, since from what I understand, they do not provide the same level of absorbancy by the body as these do, and they are so easy to take.
