Yummy. I use this often on my noodles and eggs and pizza and lots of other things that I eat. I'll probably order again when I finish the bag.

It is a firey and complex pepper blend. I only knocked off a star because I expected more flavor from the other ingredients: orange peel, sesame and ginger. I do taste the seaweed though. However, this blend is new to me, so I can't make any comparison. As all spices and sauces, the is a base, simply adjust to your own tastes. I would definitely buy this again as it tastes of high quality and there isn't MSG, preservatives, or chemicals listed.

Tastes great, spice level is white girl level, goes great with pork and beef so far. It can easily be used to make a great spicy mayonnaise or salad dressing as well.
