Prompt despatch, and good communication from the Customer Care Team when we made enquiries to clarify product info. Very good packaging, and a study, useful protective carry case.Light weight, and a good, practicable viewing area. Although the LED push button is in a 'obvious' position on the handle, the intended user found the on/off button for the LED light was a little too sensitive. (Maybe not an issue for someone with smaller sized hands).Otherwise a good and worthwhile purchase, enabling the user to read larger areas of reading material.

An excellent product for reading documents and news papers , items stay in focus over a long range and a mighty tool for my hobbies. The rechargeable battery is a great feature and the light is brilliant. It could do with a thicker rim to give the glass more protection when you lay it down.Thank you Vision aid you have made my life easier. Regards Brian Adams .

This magnifying glass is excellent! It is well made and sturdy but lightweight and easy to use. My husband needs magnification to read. The large profile viewing lens of this magnifying glass and the light allow him to read comfortably. I am very pleased with the quality and utility of this magnifying glass.

Love this magnifying glass!After cataract surgery, my eyesight for reading is not what it used to be (that may sound strange, but surgery on the eyes can really play havoc with your vision and what you're used to). The hunt for a large magnifying glass has taken some time, but this one meets all my needs.For starters, it's... well... it's LARGE. It really is. You won't be squinting through some tiny lens trying to read more than three words. Second, and very important, this is not a fresnel lens, which can often be quite difficult to get used to because of the concentric rings; it's smooth, clear, and convex. And finally, I didn't have any trouble with the light and battery life.Getting used to using a magnifying glass is always going to have a bit of a learning curve (sort of like wearing a pair of new glasses), but I found that the curve is much shorter with this one. Love the tough carrying case, too, so I can take it everywhere.

When I first received the magnifier, I thought it had multiple glue spots on the glass. I contacted VisionAid Support how to remove them. When support gave several things to try & mentioned usually glue spots were on the protective film, I looked . That was the case! I had not noticed the protective film on each side of the glass where the glue spots were. Now you know why my eyesight caused me to order this magnifier!! It's as clear as glass.
