This Tens unit by far is the best one I have ever purchased. The information booklets are just full of detailed information, that is what I even thought would be included. It's so user friendly, that I'm just excited to use every Mode that is on it.I would HIGHLY recommend this Tens unit to anyone that is looking for one, because I don't think you will find one any better.Thank you kindly to the seller.

For a cheap unit this thing is awesome. Super powerful and lasts forever on a charge

There's a lot packed into this little box (see picture attached). It does come with instructions, but they do not explain clearly how to start using it. I think that's because there are so many options.. but even more reason why to give a simple example, which they don't have in the instruction manual.Surprisingly, this comes with a charger (now a days, very few items seem to come with chargers!). It also comes with the USB charging cable. But note that it's the older style "micro USB" style connector (not USB-C).For those not familiar with how to use these products, these are the most basic steps:1) Stick at least 2 pads to your body (e.g. arm or leg, etc.). In the attached picture, there are 3 different shapes of pads in those plastic bags (X shaped, oval and round). Which one to use? Your guess is as good as mine. I started with the round pads.2) Use one of the white cables. Connect the one end to the unit, and the other 2 prongs to the 2 pads which are attached to your body.3) Turn on the unit, and might as well start with the default mode (M). Use the +/- buttons to increase/decrease the pulses.It may sound as simple as the above steps to get started, but what pads to use, how far to place them apart, where to place them, which mode to use? They don't really explain all that. I guess you'll have to use the internet to find out more.I had some pain in my thigh, and I placed 2 round pads on my thighs. When I turned it on, I had to increase the pulse power and started to feel the pulses. It was okay. It didn't help much with my pain, but it felt nice for a little while.I would caution that if you're not sure how to use it, then do some research first. But if you're ready to use it, then I think this unit is very nice and versatile and would recommend trying it out. Good luck!

I did not ant to leave my review until I had a chance to use this TENS unit for a while. I can say that it is awesome and a steal for the price! It works wonderfully and has been used a lot. I've had no issues with it. It charges well and maintains a charge with no issue. The fact that it has multiple modes makes it even more amazing for the price. I 100% recommend this unit!

This MASTOGO TENS Unit is just what the doctor ordered when it comes to overuse injuries like I've experienced over the past 30+ years. For the ones that are new to what the TENS unit is capable of doing for muscle or nerve pains let me explain the basics. TENS, or transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation is basically a device that relieves pain. It works by employing electrical stimulators to disrupt and divert pain-causing signals and then the other side of the coin for this Unit is the PMS side which stands for Powered Muscle Stimulator devices which focus on muscle movement and contract the muscles to give a healthy movement using electronic pulses or charge. It also has a healing effect on your muscles and can also be used for rehabilitation of a muscular injury.With that said let me state what I really like about this particular TENS unit and the first item is not only does it work as expected but it requires no batteries like my old ones did. My first one in the '90's used 9V batteries like they were going out of style and then came the AA battery units which were better on the pocketbook but now this one has a built in rechargeable battery with a usage time of up to 20 hours before it requires recharging. Secondly is the mind-blowing price when using their current discount coupon which places it at less than 20 dollars. Basically I see this as a give-away price for everything you're getting in their kit which includes a variety of 10 stick on pads which, if cared for, can last from 15 to 20 times before needing to be replaced, a charging cube with USB charging cable, a pad holder or just use the protective covers that come with the pads, you have 2 channels on the device (you can use both at the same time or each one separately), 3 sets of Electrode Lead Wires, an adjustable timer for 10 to 60 minutes and finally a small carrying bag. Btw, don't overlook reading their provided User Manual which covers not only the Operating Instructions but Precautions and Maintenance/Care instructions as well!It's no secret at this give-away price that if you find this device to be as effective as I do at relieving nerve or muscle pain then at some point you will need to restock your pads and I'm sure they are hoping that you will look to them for your replacements. Also if for some reason it doesn't work for you as effectively as it does for me then the seller and Amazon are offering Free Returns, so what do you have to loose but your pains?

I like the display which shows pictures of the different modes. The controls are intuitive. One feature that I would like to see is for the unit to remember which settings I used the last time so that I don’t have to reset it each time that I use it. I like that it is rechargeable, though it does use micro usb instead of usb C. It works well and no problems were encountered in using it.

This is a basic 2 channels TENS unit. It provides a great value for the price you pay for it. It comes with ten electro pads, and works I. 6 modes. There are three buttons on it, mode, timers, and intensity. It is chargeable and does not need changing batteries. It keeps the charge for about 20 hours which is sufficient for many uses. The pads stick well to the skin and provide good muscle stimulation which is relieving pain and improve muscle soreness.
