Nice sturdy yogurt jars with good fitting plastic lid that snaps on. Does not leak (yogurt- haven’t tried anything else). Easy to clean. Easy to use. Both lid and glass are Dishwasher safe.

I like these jars much better than the large quart size. These are perfect portion size and I make yogurt every week and have a jar every morning. The Ultimate machine makes the BEST yogurt ever and I was happy to see that they sell the jars separately so I have extras.

How do I get replacement lids!? I sent an email to the vendor. I like the shape of the bottles but the lids crack and don’t seal correctly thank you. The vendor contacted me and resolved my issue. Thank you, thank you thank you

I really appreciate that they wanted to make things right in regard to the faulty lids, and that they care about their overall brand and their customers. Thank you for trying to correct the situation. Again, I will stress that I’m super happy with my Ultimate Yogurt Maker purchase. My family members have benefited greatly from the ability to make yogurt from raw milk (even the lactose intolerant ones - yes, 36 hour yogurt can be consumed by those with dairy consumption issues - research it yourself, don’t just take my word for it). If you’re on the fence about whether or not to try this company I wholeheartedly recommend Ultimate, just be aware that the lids need to be treated delicately. I’m still withholding one star as I feel that the lid issue truly does need to be addressed overall being able to count on a proper seal for your yogurt jars is important, I think that’s fair. Original Review: Lids deformed and shrank when washed making the whole purchase unusable. I had to search Amazon to find replacement lids that fit as this company doesn’t offer replacement lids for the small jars-and even if they did why pay more money to end up in the same situation. A lot of unnecessary time and money wasted as it was trial and error to find one that fit these particular jars (hint, go for the clear plastic ones, the wooden ones will not fit)- not to mention you could just order jars from other companies to use in the ultimate yogurt maker system which leaves this company without revenue for their brand jars. Seriously though, this issue puts customers in a bind with possibly loosing established cultures! The lid issue really does need to be addressed. Other than that, I’m super happy with my ultimate yogurt maker system and find the system purchase worth it, I’m just not happy with the jar situation.

Great size. I have replaced my lids but I’ve used them a lot. Perfect size for a breakfast or anytime serving.

Huge thumbs up on customer service and standing behind their product. The set of 8 jars we ordered separately came with lids that shrunk after a single top-rack dishwasher run. Wouldn't fit any longer and split along the edge; some won't even stay on. Gian with Ultimate was very courteous and apologetic; sending replacements as soon as I completed a very brief service form. They do recommend handwashing but the lids that were on the jars with the yogurt maker don't split or shrink after repeated top-rack washings; they're marked inside, "LDPE" (Low Density PolyEthylene). Those that split are marked PE (PolyEthylene). Again, LOVE the yogurt maker; easy to use and reliable. Customer service is fantastic!

Love the individual serving jars. Had a quality issue which was corrected by the manufacturer. Great customer service. Would definitely buy again.
