Great for training

Great light weight soft training ball for adults and kids. Around 14-16” diameter if I had to guess. I believe that information is listed under the specifications/measurements. Works well inside home gym or outside at a field when it’s dry. **the grass stains are because it’s been thrown around outside. It hasn’t damaged the ball though.** Would recommend adding this to your training

We primarily use it for core-strengthening drills such as rotational wall slams, side tosses, and simulated batting swings. After training with it for a while, we’ve noticed a clear improvement in core strength; there is a marked boost in core rotation and explosive power during swings in the batter's box, resulting in hits that travel farther and pack more punch.

I wanted to get a light medicine ball like this one for my kids to work on their tennis game. The heavier ones cause them to lose their posture when simulating strokes. This light one is perfect for them (9 and 10 year old boys). In fact, I will also get a 2 lb ball to have a lighter one. We've thrown this against the wall, slammed it down onto the court, etc. It seems to be holding up just fine.

It is a great quality medicine ball. Very well constructed and the size is perfect.
