How to set time and light level for different body areas?

Based on customers perception of red light energy, usually recommended that choose the All mode, lasts for 30 minutes and L3 or L4 level. You can set the time and energy base on you own perception.

Why can feel the heat and how long can feel the heat?

After the skin aborded the light, then we can feel little heat. About 5 mins later on L4, infrared light producing heat is gentle, but not the heat like normal heating pad; long time use you can feel the comfort.

Why 850nm looks like off the LEDs aren't on?

850nm IR light is invisible light, in 850nm mode we can not see the light on, but it is working.

How to confirm 850 is working?

When you set 850 mode on L3orL4 for 30 mins, after 5 mins, you can feel a slight warmth from the device but not heat like heating pad, and most importantly, the timer should continue to count down.

It has electrical issues.

The cable that had to connect the pad didn’t work. I ordered the same item twice hoping that only one or them had issues, but none of them worked. One of them didn’t work at all and the other one, I had to keep twisting the cable and hold it in a specific angle for it to stay on.
