Best chair I have ever sat in. Looks amazing and is very comfortable. Following the instructions I assembled the chair in about 20 minutes. All the controls mean you can adjust the arm rests and adjust how much the back reclines. Really looks stunning and as you can tell I am very happy with my purchase.

Arrived very quickly - assembly was easy apart from backrest bolts on right side being slightly out of alignment but apart from that no problems. Very comfortable chair and feels sturdy (and I’m a big guy). Quality feels very nice too and has been made to a high standard

This chair is fantastic. It weighs about as much as an elephant but I have been sat at my PC gaming for hours and not had a numb backside yet. With the adjustable lumber support you can really customize your comfort. I have even fallen asleep in this chair while trying to catch up on Vikings and not regretted it.

Brilliant chair! Easy to assemble. Struggled trying find good ‘racing’ chair looking at lots of reviews to see what was best and finally decided on getting a vertagear. Didn’t regret it!

Comfiest chair I have ever owned and I will gladly be buying another one when I need to. Probably the more premium version too. More over, I even convinced my girlfriend to buy one we liked it so much.

I was very hyped, when ordering this chair, it was really good when it came, though year latter noticed the seat leather starting to crack, you can check other reviews with pictures, on US amazon and other colours of this chair, for pictures. It is sad that the expectations were so high while in reality this chair being another rip off.

Well made and relatively comfortable chair. Not very padded and quite firm but isn't uncomfortable. The chair isn't the biggest but I am quite tall and wide so would probably be okay for someone slightly smaller. My chair arrived with one of the buttons which are used to adjust the armrest height snapped. Contacted the seller and we came to an agreement on a slight discount.

Received my Vertagear Racing chair today, lovely design very comfortable. Unfortunately, it came broken on one of the arms :(

Received my SL2000 yesterday, came packed very well there was nothing damaged or missing. Assembly was straightforward, the included wrench has a large plastic handle which makes it easy to hold and use. I had read in other reviews about missing screws or misaligned holes, and there was nothing like that on my chair, everything is very well-made and fit together easily. Possibly the "Rev. 2" of the chair (which I purchased) resolved these issues. The back and neck pillow allow for a very comfortable seating position, and I also like that the maximum height on the chair is higher than my previous chair. I'm 6'0" and with the seat all the way up, I'm able to use a footrest and have the tilt unlocked which significantly reduces pressure on my legs, and my arms are at a more natural height for my desk which relieves pressure on my wrists and forearms. Previous chair was a high-back task chair from Staples, quite a good chair but the seat padding has lost it's cushioning after only 2 years. I work from home for 8 hours a day, and spend another 3-5 hours gaming so I have to have a comfortable chair. The wheels are very smooth, and are not the typical very hard plastic you find on most chairs. They are a bit softer, more like a hard rubber, and they feel much better on my hardwood floor than my previous chair. One of the reasons I chose the SL2000 is because the arms can be removed, which I have done with all chairs I have owned. I don't use the arms and find they just get in the way, so I can't comment on that aspect. Today is my first full day with the chair but so far I am very happy with the purchase.

This chair is awesome! Do not have any other "high-end" or "nicer" chairs to compare with because I was always using a cheaper chair and never thought about upgrading. However, I have been getting back and neck pains due to my old chair and decided to give this one a go. After much research, I was debating between a DX-Racer or this black/black SL2000. Not sure about others, but this chair was exactly what I was looking for. The black/black color matches perfectly with my desk and room setup which I was mainly focusing on. However, this chair has changed up everything for me and I am loving every second of sitting on this chair. Also absolutely love how the chair promotes good posture. Assembly was fairly easy, took me about 15 minutes or less by myself. Not sure what some others were referring to when they said they had a hard time putting it together. Although slightly stiff at first, it broke in within a few hours of sitting. I can see some "heavier" or "wider" people having some discomfort in this chair. The side bolsters seem to fit me perfectly and I am a skinny 6' guy. Only thing I could possibly even squeeze out as a con is that the included pillows are kind of stiff and do not seem to want to break-in. Only time can tell though. Still have not spent a full week with this chair but I cannot wait to!

There was a small tear at the very bottom of the backrest. It's not noticeable once the chair is assembled as it is pressed against the seat, but a little frustrating. Another thing is the plastic covers that hide the screws and lever for the backrest. the screws are too short, and the plastic doesn't fit nicely with the seat. I did read that was an issue in a review before purchasing the chair, but I was expecting them to make changes (maybe I just got one of the earlier models?) About the size of the chair, if you are over 6 feet, or have very broad shoulders, you probably won't fit in this chair. The "wings" where the shoulders are are perfect for me at 5'11". Same with the pillow. It fits perfectly behind my neck and without it, my head reaches about height of the chair. I do found that the lumbar pillow is a bit too big for me and can be uncomfortable. It might be that I just have pad posture, and need to get used to sitting with it Everything else about the chair is fine so far. but its only been a single day with the chair so no other issues yet. I did point out more of its flaws mainly so people are aware. This is a newer product on the market (at least in the US) and i'm sure the quality will improve later on. I took a slight risk with this purchase compared to the more well known DxRacers, but I've over all pleased so far.

Breathable material great for summer. Stiff; not the most comfortable.
