Yes, the pH001 Ultra alkaline filter raises water quality by increasing pH levels of 7-8. It also keeps your water's natural minerals on purpose, and a TDS meter reads those minerals, so the number may not fall after filtering.

Will the PH001 Ultra improve the taste of my tap water if I dislike chlorine?

Yes. The PH001 Ultra is NSF 42 certified for the reduction of chlorine, taste and odor. The alkaline filter removes chlorine and adds beneficial minerals, transforming ordinary tap water into fresh water with improved water taste and great taste.

Will these filters fit my Invigorated Water pitcher or dispenser without leaking around the edges?

Yes. The PH001 Ultra is our replacement filter for Invigorated Water pitchers and dispensers, in one-filter and three-filter layouts. Press each filter firmly into its seat until fully sealed, so no water slips past unfiltered.

How long does the filter last?

Each PH001 Ultra has a filter life of 2-6 months or 96 gallons, with filter performance varying based on usage and water quality. Replace your filter when water taste changes, or after 2-3 months to keep enjoying clean water with great taste.

Are the materials safe and certified for my family's everyday drinking water? What contaminants does the filter remove?

Yes. Our PH001 Ultra filter is made from BPA-free, food-grade materials. It is also NSF 53 certified for copper reduction and NSF 42 for Chlorine reduction. PH001 Ultra filter also removes heavy metals (lead, cadmium, mercury, iron) for clean water
