Works really well for an entry level espresso machine! Does all the basics right. Good customer service from Agaro team as well.

A good espresso machine with equally good service from the brand
I am using this coffee machine from last 2 years. Have been happy with the purchase. Suddenly it stopped making the creamer in my coffee. I contacted the agaro service centre. They were prompt in responding to my query. They helped me with the procedures to be done via video call and got it working again. I am happy with the service.

We are happy with the machine. Itโs compact and gives good coffee taste. We faced an issue with the porter filter congestion and called customer care of Agaro and they helped with identifying the issue and help resolve it quickly. We are satisfied and happy with their service.

Long-term review... It's been at least 4 years since i got this machine. Have bout 2 more as gifts since then. I've enjoyed and people who come over thoroughly enjoyed the coffee from it. Its great value for money in my experience. In the long term will mention the white colour does get a little tedious to keep white and shiny. But I'd say so far I've found it to be a quality product. And quite easy to use.
