Good, foamy soft effect
Received in sealed plastic roll bags, packaging can be better.Dont go for it because it says for neck pain, as it doesn't recover anything. Its a normal foamy softness pillow.Its soft, good quality foam, cover is soft too, gives some cooling effect.One might find it small as it covers cut-to-cut neck moments while sleeping. If you have bigger head then definitely you can feel its very small but for normal head or small head its fine. Does its job.You will not feel cloudy effect but soft foam effect.

It is not what you show in the pic not at all comfortable.For such items we will not secure tags hence they were removed by the servant and discarded .Either you change the I team or refund .Now my next post would be on SM
