I wear my phone on my wrist for my morning runs with this set up. I like it much better that the arm holders. Love the easy access and visibility it gives me to my phone. It also has a nice quick connect to enable you to remove or reattach your phone without having to manipulated the elastic bands that hold the phone to the backing.

It works fairly well. But it is a bit bulky.

First day using my ZDW-G5X phone holder on a 3 mile walk around my wrist. Excellent, I wore it around my wrist. It was sturdy, the phone did not move, and had easy access to my phone screen and easy to remove and attach the phone. Very happy with my purchase, its made well. I have not tried it around my forearm or bicep and don't think I will. I like it around my wrist. 5 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

First, the product does have some positives, my phone never came loose and was easy to manipulate while moving. On the downside, the material was not comfortable at all on my arm unless I used it over a long sleeve shirt. I'm also not a big guy and I didn't have a lot of band left to make it around my bicep. I tried the wrist one and I couldn't seem to get it to fit correctly without ending up on the other side of my arm. I also tried the bicycle attachment and that worked well so far.In conclusion, with some adjustments it could be a much better product but for running, I've already moved on because I can't run as far as I do and have something that bothers my skin.

After going through countless armbands for phones that all seem like they come from the same original manufacturer I decided to give this different design a try. The 3 others ones I've had eventually fell apart when the threading cut through the fake leather. A very very common problem with those. Plus it's never easy to use your touchscreen through them or find the side buttons on your phone.This design is pretty good and exposes more of your phone so it's much easier to use. The bands on the corner of the screens can make it hard to use certain buttons (I'm using a Samsung 23 Ultra) but that's fine.What you will need to be aware of is you have to be careful running close to things like walls and fences, etc, since this thing exposes a lot of your phone and it can get scratched when it makes contact with something. Mine got a slight scratch on the bottom right when the phone scrapped along a wall I was running close to.Aside from this I love this new design and think it'll last longer than the typical fake-leather full cover ones that you see everywhere.

Tight hold on any phone I put in it. Works well in the wrist or upper arm.

Love the color! I also have it in Green. Strap is handy. I put a small keyring in the stylus holder and a use it to hang it where I can keep it close.Bounces when it drops.

When put together and put on per Package instructions the band pulls your skin thru the slots in the phone holder. One of the main reasons I chose to purchase this one was review mentions of comfort, However, it is the LEAST COMFORTABLE phone arm band I've EVER owned(even before letting my Android Note 20 Plus in it on my arm... If it can't fit and stay on my arm without discomfort with no phone how will it ever working out?? I have tried every angle and direction possible to try to make the armband go between my arm and the plastic holder so it will be a simple loop around my arm, not including the plastic holder, but the velcro is only really made for one way of use and adding the extra strap makes it too long for my arm. I may have to give up and send this back.. otherwise I will have to cut, sew and modify it myself to fit and work. Without the glass of pinching the arm it would have been perfect.. it saddens me out was made improperly for its use.
