These luggage racks are sturdy, well made, look high quality. I don’t think you can beat what you get for the price!! Some assembly required, take your time and follow the directions and DON’T over tighten and you’ll be fine!

My husband did struggle with putting this together. Took him a couple hours of hearing him cuss and complain. Then it wouldn't fold after, and he said there's no other way. He thought something wasn't lined up or drilled wrong. When our grown son got home, he looked at it and fixed it right away. We gave one to him and took one home. I've always wanted one since I used to get a lot of company, and one guest in particular would scrape our guest room wall with her suitcase. I kept telling her we don't have touchup paint, but she couldn't control her sliding her suitcase too close to the wall! I always felt I couldn't afford a rack, but to have to paint that high ceiling guest room again would be a nightmare.

The instructions and materials did not match up. Two people had to try multiple times to put this together. The packaging looked pre-used, like someone else had returned it. Ended up using a power drill to cobble something together. Returning products is too much of a pain these days. DO NOT BUY.

We just moved to a new house and set up one bedroom as a guest room. Needed a stand for guest luggage, as you find in hotels. I compared several online and believe this is the best combination of cost vs quality for the use we need. Top rack holds up to 110 pounds (and the average large suitcase usually weighs less than 50 pounds when full, so there is plenty of excess capacity). Very nice wood, attractive, and we feel good having this for our guests to use. Very easy to assemble (only 8 screws and they provide the wrench). Only slight complaint was the instruction drawing was not accurate - but it is easy to see how to assemble it, so not an issue. Thinking of getting a second one.

Took my husband a few minutes to put together but they work well. Can hold a heavy piece of luggage, no problem. Folds away easily and they’re a good height.

Working will but I found small crack that can harm the children, i took it off still i am happy with product and didn't return it for that. Watch out once you fixing
