This is the only device that I found that did work with SAS drives. And the price is quite affordable. Review: Still getting the sequence ironed out when connecting the drive to a machine, it sometimes takes a few tries to get the drive to spin up and be recognized by the system, but once it does, it works great! I have used this dock/adapter with both SAS and SATA drives. USB is a little short, but does the job. It's nice to have all the cables and power supplies included.

Works great on SAS drives. This is the only device that I found that did work with SAS drives. And the price is quite affordable.

Product works great and is easy to use. Reads both SAS and SATA drives in just a few seconds and is very sleek and blends well on my desk. However this was clearly a returned unit and showed signs of wear. Product still works fine but definitely wasn't new.

It works, well, but it would be nice for it to automatically power on after a power loss.

I use this device to access a Seagate Exos 24TB SAS drive. It works great. The write speed is ~270 MB/s, which is comparable in speed to a similar SATA hard drive.
