Is Bluetooth supported?

Yes it is. While I do not have any set up it has been said to work well but ymmv. Best resource will be their community forum where people are super supportive of each other.

Does it work with aqara?

Yes it does and has an official app as well as community ones that more or less cover the vast majority of their devices natively.

Can this replace my Lutron hub?

It works as a bridge to the Lutron bridge so that you can have a single point of access but DOESNT out right replace it (yet). Also it only sees dimmers and switches but more devices are being added. You can also add “flows” (automations) pretty easily. Hope that helps? The takeaway, at least for me so far has been the ability to open 1 app via phone, browser or tablet and see everything and not open 10 different ones to do something.
