I used the PanOxyl 10% Foaming Wash for a long time, so I was a little unsure about switching to the bar. After using it for a while, I can honestly say it works just as well maybe better for me. My skin stays clear, and I haven't noticed any increase in breakouts and great for hyperpigmentation The bar lathers nicely and is easy to use. Like the foaming wash, it can be a bit drying because it's 10% benzoyl peroxide, so I always use a moisturizer afterward i use ponds . Overall, I'm really happy with it and would definitely buy it again.

I had to subscribe to get this monthly because it has helped my acne tremendously!!! I have sensitive skin, especially my back, chest area. I’ve played sports my whole life and now as an adult I work out regularly. My skin easily breaks out especially when I have long work outs. I went through a crazy period of non stop body acne. I couldn’t get rid of it until I started using PanOxyl. Keep in mind that I also changed my work out clothes to better fabric that doesn’t trap set & germs. Plus, after my showers I use a salicylic acid spray on my body before applying a non-comedogenic lotion. I know this product is vital to clear skin because I stopped using it for a month while still doing everything else in my routine. The acne wasn’t bad but I did notice some breakouts. But when I implement PanOxyl to my routine, the breakouts completely disappear. Sometimes i’ll see one or two pimples appear but rarely. Plus they go away much quicker. I’ve also tried the bottle version but I much prefer this soap bar. - the soap bar lathers so nicely and doesn’t slide off like the liquid wash. - it lasts much longer - for some reason, it makes me feel cleaner? - it gives me better control of the product All of this contributes to the effectiveness of the product. *****Something that is very important to note: If you don’t wash it off completely, it transfers to your towels/clothes and bleaches the fabric. I learned the hard way after accidentally ruining some very expensive bath sheets. Tips: after cleansing your body like normal, use this product first. Lather it up well on ur skin and leave it on while you shave/continue ur shower. Rinse it off completely at the very end. Remember to rinse it completely to prevent fabric bleaching. *I have very long hair and I noticed that when I would apply my conditioner and let my hair rest on my skin, it would cause me to break out. Not sure if the conditioner clogged my pores or not but that was something I noticed.

I’ve had a really good experience with this acne treatment bar. I noticed my skin looked less red and irritated and became much smoother after using it consistently. It really does work! One thing to keep in mind is that it can be drying, so I definitely recommend following up with a good moisturizer, especially if you have sensitive or dry skin. Overall, I’m very happy with the results and think it’s a great product for acne-prone skin.

Bought for my son who has an oily nose. He has used it daily in the shower with a large improvement keeping oily breakout at bay. A dermatologist told me the chemicals in this soap will also stop that “old people smell” if used in the armpits during the shower. She was right. Who would have thought that?! Grandma agrees. So do we. She is 72. It does have a slight scent while applying, but goes away after washing it off.

It has helped me significantly for my face acne, and is slowly clearing other blemishes on my skin. How I use it: I keep my shower stuff outside on a tray table, chair, or anything to hold it on. For the soap bar, I keep it in open container, and use it sparingly. I grab the bar of soap on the side, I use the top part for my face, and wash my face. Then scrub the bar on my brush, and foam the brush up in the shower with some water before turning the water off and scrubbing my whole body. I make sure to keep the bar of soap as dry as possible to reduce bacteria growth and other stuff. And I try to keep my scrub brush as clean as possible too, drying it when I'm out of the shower with my hair dryer. I'm very particular when it comes to handling my products, and so far this has been one of the most effective acne treatments I've discovered, and I've bought over 5k worth of products over the last 4-5 years. My face acne is almost completely gone now after adding this to my routine. The routine I use for the soap bar: I scrub my face at least 3 times a week, and try to let time sit apart since I haven't used this before. I like spacing out my products to make sure the whatever it's called on my face, so it doesn't get used to it, and can work more effectively over time. And I wash my whole body with the soap bar every time I shower. It makes my skin feel smoother when in combination with my scrub brush. I wouldn't know what it would be like as a stand alone product.

Just keep in mind that benzoyl peroxide can be drying for some people, so you may want to use a moisturizer if needed. I have really sensitive skin and back acne. I’ve tried many things and this was the ONLY thing that worked!!! Highly recommend especially for my back acne girls. It doesn’t really smell, it doesn’t strip my skin too dry. If it leaves it dry just put some lotion on top.
