Good for GR IV
It’s super sturdy, really convenient, and you can tell it was designed with real users in mind. The triangular anchor didn’t quite fit Ricoh and caused a small scratch, but I don’t mind it. I ended up attaching it together with my wrist strap, and it still works perfectly. I’m really happy with it!

Great plate, okay strap
I generally love Peak Design's products but this might be the first where I initially wondered if it would work for me. Overall I like the concept and have been waiting for a minimal strap like this. The bottom plate is quite good. The magnets, built-in tool, and overall design is well thought out. The only thing I could wish for from this part would have been to make the plate itself Arca-Swiss compatible (though I suppose that would make the plate much fatter than it is), and to improve the tool so you can use it vertically on the long end. It's a bit awkward to use, as the long end is angled, and the short end is a tad too short and it kind of catches on the tripod plate. The thing I found initially disappointing is the strap. At first, I couldn't set it up to where it felt comfortable. I tried setting it at different settings and found on the tight settings, the little plastic stud that secures the strap dug into my finger. Also when trying two finger mode with it somewhat loose, the padding was on the top end by the lug, and the bottom part of the strap had no padding, which dug into my hand. I removed the stud from the padding and adjusted it to be pretty tight, and that seemed to have fixed my comfort issues. This comfort of this strap is probably really dependent on the size of your hand and the location of the camera's eyelet. I bought this to use with my Olympus E-M5 Mark III, and maybe I'll get the L-Plate version for my OM-1.

First Impression - Good but strap is short
UPDATE: Been using this for a while now along with the Camera Capture Clip from Peak. I've found it really convenient for casual and street photography. In addition to the short strap, I also found the built in tool to loosen the base plate is difficult to access on the Zfc with larger lenses or adapters. It really should have been mounted on the back of the plate intead of the front. Again - neither are show stoppers . I also have a Peak Design travel tripod, so just leave the mount attached to the baseplate.Just got this for my Nikon Z fc. I like the setup. Very well designed. Especially the attached tool to loosen the attachment screw. And, as advertised, it is a really convenient way to carry the camera when you're walking around taking random shots. The one issue I have is the length of the strap. If you have larger hands, it's may be a little tight. For the Zfc it makes access to the front control wheel a little awkward. Not a show stopper. Just be nice if it was a bit longer.UPDATE: I moved the attachment plate so it extends about 1/2 inch past the right side of the camera. It now works perfectly and the change doesn't interfere with using/carrying the camera. I use the Z fcfor "mobile" photography - street photography, landscapes, people/places/things. and am finding this much more convenient than the standard neck strap.

Do Not buy for Leica M6
It is high quality, but it does not work with my Leica M6. The reason I purchased it is that the M bodies are not very ergonomic. M- cameras screw to put on the baseplate is located on the far right not in the middle like other cameras, so when you use this it sticks out about half an inch and makes holding the camera and look bad.

Poor design
The plate does not secure well due to the single screw not having enough bite inside the slot and a pivot point it creates with the edge where the strap is attached. Also, it needs the mounting hole to be in the center of the camera base, which is not the case for s9 or om-3 I tried it on, and as the result, a part of the plate sticks out in the front. The plate also blocks the battery door.Sadly, the strap cannot be detached from the plate, otherwise one could use it with a different plate or grip that has a strap slot at the bottom. The fastening mechanism is hard to use, and the strap with those holes doesn't seem very durable at all.

Great small camera hand strap
This hand strap is beautifully designed and fits the Leica D-Lux 8 perfectly. Provides a secure grip. Base plate is solid.

Hurt my fingers and blocked battery access
I did not like this product and ended up returning it. I don’t like the fact I was unable to access my batteries while it was installed, and it’s not something that’s easily remove to resolve that issue. It’s a pain every time I needed to swap batteries and hurt my fingers. The quality of the leather and strap just felt poor.

Buy once, cry once. This is the one you need for your X100.
At first I was a little hesitant to spend this much on a tiny little clutch when there are so many other.. and much cheaper.. options on amazon. After bouncing this in and out of my cart for weeks, I finally ordered it.. after I almost dropped my Fujifilm X100VI... which would've been not great.Well, I gotta tell you.. after using this thing, I ordered the big brother to this guy for all of my full-size DSLRs. I just love the quality of PD's stuff.. it's really well made and extremely well thought out... all the way to the ARCA-compatible mount on the bottom of this thing. It's the same one on the camera clip I have on my backpack.WORTH EVERY PENNY to not drop my X100.

Disappointing compared to original clutch
I've been using the original clutch for years and loved it.Naturally, I had to try the micro clutch for my EM10m4 M43 body, expecting similar results. The first problem I had was that it didn't ease the pressure on the hands at all. I tried a tighter config with 2 fingers in, as well as a looser config with 3 fingers. After shooting for 10 minutes at odd angles, I simply grabbed the camera directly instead of looping through the micro-clutch and it was such a relief! The restrictive design means that the hand can't grab the body as we normally could, causing more stress on the hands and fingers. The second really irritating issue is that it had to have a long base plate that blocks everything below, including the all-important battery and SD card cover flap. Sure they provide a proprietary tool that loosens the plate for us to push aside to access the battery compartment. But with the strap on the tighter end, the battery compartment was still blocked and the only way was to push it to the side by force. The silly proprietary tool may have a magnetic slot, but it is super easy to lose it when fumbling around outside. I've dropped it a couple of times, luckily in an urban environment and not in a forest. It'd be really to lose it when used outside in a forest. The final point is that it adds unnecessary weight with the superfluous base plate stretching across the entire body. I wish it was something like the old clutch with a tiny base plate so that there is some flexibility with hand movement and without blocking the battery compartment.
