Love this fountain. Bought it for my 2 cays and my cats drink a lot more water because of it. It a lot cleaner because the water isn't standing and its easy to find the filters to replace. It so quiet which it awesome and super easy to set up. Would recommend this again and again!!

No extra carbon filter,foam filter,filter cleaning brush.
Product is good and silent but their is no extra carbon filter or foam filter provided inspite of being so expensive....their is no filter cleaning brush as well...

Stopped working after 7 months!
The product worked wonderfully from August 2025 to March 19th 2026. Today, it randomly stopped working. We checked the usual suspects like water level, power source, cable, etc. But still not working. We clean it once a week and replace the filters once a month. Not sure why it should stop randomly. It is causing us a lot of trouble as our cat ONLY drinks from this fountain. In the Mumbai heat right now, she needs to drink more water but she refuses from the bowl. I have messaged the seller today on 20-March, and I hope they get back to me with a resolution. This is an expensive fountain, and I was hoping it would be more durable or it would come with a warranty!
