Love it.
A little hard to put together but worth the money.

Horrendous
5 Parts were missing from the order. Ask for the missing Parts, receive an actual replacement box that amazon wants to charge me for. The box also didn't have the 5 Parts. Try to return whole order and get a roundabout from customer service that ends with another whole box being sent to me. At least this time it had the Parts I needed. No instructions. Only pictures. Parts aren't labeled nor assigned to the boxes in any way. Building it is a nightmare. Might legit be the worst overall product and customer experience I've ever had. Do NOT purchase this item.

Instructions
Not really sure how to put this together with no instructions 😕 Update. Once I receive all the right boxes with instructions it was easier to put together. I had to go off of a YouTube video to help, though. It took over a month to get all the right boxes and then was still charge $170 for the duplicate box. They were supposed to pick it back up but it is still in my living room even with emailing and calling about it. ITS ACTUALLY a great workout. I'm just really dissatisfied in the round about I got and mishandling of shipping a duplicate product that I didn't ask for but got charged for.

It's nice but came damaged
My teenage sons love this machine but it did come damaged. 3 piece were bent and scratched. If I wasn't already 3 hours into putting it together and a pain in the bottom to return, I would have returned for a non damaged item.

I bought this machine a month ago and used it about ten times. The part snapped apart during my last uses

Good enough
Can't get hold of seller missing the pad to the rowing extension. The fitvid app says available on Google play or the Apple app store but it is not available on Google. The unit goes together better than reviews said but not because the instructions are done well quite the opposite actually but when paired with the video it went great.

Not bad
Isn't a bad machine so far, I noticed a few things that could be changed, the weights don't move easily, not sure if I should spray like a silicone spray on the guid rails or not, second I think some parts should come with adjustment as it's really hard to do the leg curl as my feet are on the floor, they should be raised imo, haven't used the 2 add on pieces yet as I've only had for a couple days
