Where is the model number on the headphones?

Idk without digging them up but here is my advice cuz this worked for me: contact Bose customer service directly and tell them (just realized the serial # is under the ear pad, I think left side) what u have. They don’t manufacture this model anymore but they had some replacement pads still and I was able to buy directly from them for about $30. Please trust me when I say there is a BIG difference in the listening experience between genuine Bose pads and knock-offs. I went down this path already and tried it both ways. If you must buy the knockoffs then at least take out the oval plastic pieces that come inside the ear pads - they do not belong and do not come with the Bose ones.
