Great for smoothing filler over larger areas — much easier to get a flat, even finish with this than a standard scraper. Works well.

Ok, so in the pictures the blade is grey and looks like metal, it’s not! The one I received is made of white plastic It doesn’t give the smoothness I wanted on the area of filler I’m working with. It will be fine for wallpapering It does say plastic in the description, but I ordered in a hurry just looking at the pics

Before using please ensure you make the edge sharper
I have previously had a similar one to this and this has taken its place perfectly .. However , as with most tools there are tricks. For the novice it will seem it is faulty as the edge may have burs on it and not completely prepared. it is normal . I use a flat smooth piece of concrete and stroke it to clean the edges .. if that helps .. others may share any other advice on this one please..
