Probably the cutest workout ball I’ve ever seen🤣so tiny! Unfortunately not the size I thought it was but that’s my bad not reading the measurements- I just saw the picture and assumed it was a larger size. If you’re looking for a small weighted ball this should be your choice because the quality is Amazing!

Using this for golf swing training. 4 lbs is recommended, also many different weight lifting techniques you can use with this.

In brown, this looks like a medicine ball from the old days. Something you'd find in the attic that your grandfather used to use. Wanting to perfect correct form first, I chose the lightest (4 pounds) offering. No need for anything heavier until I nail the executions. When I get a heavier one, this can be for warm ups.

The other reviews are correct. It's very lumpy and non-spherical. Also, it smells strongly like cat vomit. Very strongly. On the other hand, this is about the only option if you want a traditional-ish medicine ball of this size and weight; the others are hard plastic. It works.
