Great Radiator Especially for the Price.
I bought this radiator because the HYTE Y60 case requires a 28mm radiator for the top of the case. This was the only in stock radiator I could find at the time. - The price is a good selling point. - As you can see in the picture, the logo sticker was crooked but easily corrected. Not something worth removing a star for. Some people might like it without it. - All the fins were straight and evenly painted. - After reading other reviews, I’d suggest rinsing the radiator first with distilled water. Some people claimed there was some residue in there’s. Personally mine looked cleaned but it’s probably a good idea to error on the side of caution like I did. - Easy to install and all of the holes lined up. - I pretty sure the distributor ships from Texas. I bought (2) different models at different times and I believe one of the orders took an extra day, ** Overall I strongly recommend this radiator. It’s a decent price compared to the competition especially when there doesn’t seems to be many 28mm available. I was skeptical of the price but I’m very happy with the purchase.

High quality, good price
Delivery was prompt Radiator is as advertised copper tubes with brass tank caps, paint is solid quality; all of the screw holes were tapped and came with 8 long screws (for mounting the fans) and 8 short screws (for mounting the radiator to the case) Thread was G1/4 held .75 Bar for 24 hours

Out of the box wont work.
was cheap. but requires deburing and sanding to get the fittings to seat and seal has buildup of paint around the threads cant really use it without extra work so that sucks well see how well it works when i get my computer finished

Paint Chipping aside, it performs great
For context, I ordered three of these, expecting to be able to use all of them concurrently in a Dark Base Pro 901 case. Unfortunately didn't have enough room for all three *and* fans simultaneously. While part of me was considering trying to just install the third to work passively, reason saw it as excessive; not to mention the fitting puzzle to solve to add the third into the resulting loop without interference. As a manner of due diligence, ran them through with some PrimoChill Rad Cleaner solution. Two of the three seemed to be perfect from the factory; no debris. The other definitely needed it, with tons to clean out. That said, the outward appearance is clean. That said, with all the cycling of plugs and fittings back and forth for the initial cleaning and flushing, the paint did have a tendency to chip. That's the only place I'd take a star off. Otherwise it just confirms the clean grade of copper underneath. With two of them managing the cooling in the loop, the result takes a clean liter of coolant. Incidentally, borrowing screws from one was able to allow me to mount the pump reservoir combo, which solved fitment in general. Performs as well as it should. Pair them up with some strong static pressure fans and they do the job they're designed for.
