When I bought this bench I never expected much for the money but I was pleasantly surprised. This adjustable weight bench is an unbelievable piece of kit for the money. It is lightweight and sturdy and has an extremely small footprint, taking up very little space in whichever room the buyer uses it in. The padding on the bench is approximately 2.05 cm or 1'' which is enough for its intended use & comparable with other benches in this category. The bench is quick and easy to set up and take down but where it really shines Is in the space it needs once folded up, which is really amazing. This bench would quite easily fit in the bottom of a wardrobe, in a small cupboard or even under a bed, making it usable in almost all circumstances. Obviously the buyer will have to factor in weights or other equipment used with this bench but it's quite easy to use a bench like this for non load bearing exercise. The bench comes into its own with the use of free weights giving the user a number of exercise possibilities, where it falls down though is with the included resistance band, however this can be removed for a better user experience. This bench is perfect for the amateur at home user who wants to stay fit in their own home, has a budget or doesn't want a vast amount of equipment taking up space. If you want a sturdy bench that takes up virtually no space, is easy to put up and take down then buy this, you won't be disappointed

Nice little set up, Instructions a bit rubbish but it's easy to work out. Have bought mainly for sit ups. The resistance bands as week as expected but the overall price for what you get is good.

I am delighted with this bench. It was very, very easy to put together and didn't require tools. It took 7 minutes from opening the box to having the completed bench ready for use. It's pretty sturdy and ideal for use with dumbbells.

This is excellent, I've just been diagnosed with primary progressive multiple sclerosis so I have a lot of fatigue and dizziness, I can now exercise then have a place to sit when I'm finished. It's also easy to set up and not too big so I put away until the next time- I can't wait to us it

Excellent product Easy to assemble and adjust

for the price I can’t complain, and I have to say I’m suprised at the quality. I’m 6’6 so I had my doubts however I quickly solved the only issue I had with it which was my legs being too high for the knee guard, by simply removing the knee guard. Can even do sit ups quite comfortably although the holders for the ropes can be a bit annoying and in the way.
