The pens are good, they do what they are supposed to do without any issues.

Do not buy
The pens that came were very light, barely any ink. As a teacher, I have been using this brand of whiteboard pen for ages, I do not think these are genuine.Their refund policy requires you to print off the postage label and to use your own stamp. They will not refund the postage or 100% of the price of what you bought unless they ‘find the product to be genuinely defective’. This will mean that if even if you do return it, refund of postage costs, stamp and item is not guaranteed. Do not order from here.
