Instructions not clear at all

Product looked nice and came with needed plugs, however due to the different types of units & plugs the description is too vague. The only diagrams & instructions is for 3 series cars only. 5 series cars have no instructions. A portable Apple CarPlay worked much better for me.

This product once bluetooth was connected didn’t play my music but the FM radio worked while my music was playing and I spent 4 hrs trying to figure out if I missed something Bluetooth connects pretty easily and backup camera doesn’t work when connected

My buddy bought this for me. Seemed like a big install but it wasn’t once I watched a video. You just pop the old one out and the ac controls, unscrew the 4 screws holding the old radio with the dvd drive. It plugs in you route the cables up and around the right side and plug it into the screen easy pz. Took an hour. Everything like the steering wheel works the knob works pressing down but the side to side controls and spin don’t. Probably a software issue but no instructions no website no NOTHING that’s why I gave it 4 stars and not 5. It’s fast and connects easily. AINAVI If there’s any help you can give me on getting the knob fully functional or a site to upgrade firmware I’d be very thankful and would happily give 5 stars.
