I less printer
I love it, easy to use and perfect for a small space

A few criticisms
Very complicated to understand all the instructions for printing. Prints differently from an iPhone using Bluetooth than it does from a hard connection to the computer. A lot of thermal paper is wasted trying to figure out what setup parameters are needed to get the size, orientation on the printed paper (to minimize wasted paper), and what other options to use. The iPhone uses an APP (printing from a file), whereas the PC uses the thermal printer as an option under the document program's print command (Word, Acrobat, Google Photos, etc). The printed A5 option is slightly too large for the transparent sheet protector that can be bought separately. The letter size for (length) is not available in all print options (very few in fact), so, a lot of thermal paper is lost due to the extra length of the A4 size over a standard letter size. One last thing - it is somewhat heavier than could be desired.

Easy to use
We use when the Internet goes down and the regular printers don't work...hardly any noise..works great..with paper it's a little pricey but very convenient....good picture though...

BAD CHOICE
This portable printer has more negatives then positives. Portable but not necessarily light and to bulky to store on self when traveling. It requires purchase of special low quality printing paper that curls immediately upon printing. Hassle.

Perfect for Small Apartment and Small jobs
Amazing technology and easy to install app. Copies are clear but tend to roll, which is expected. Quiet when printing. Need to find less expensive thermal paper.

Hp smart
I like what its wireless but its stoped working when I changed ink cartridges, I called HP support to handle it took hours to sort it out . Then I moved to new place and now I can’t get it to work properly it’s not recognizing the printer any more. I can use it only with its on wifi. I don’t want to spend hours again to handle it. So now every time I am printing I need to select the hp wifi first as it’s not recognizing anything else.

It need a monthly subscription to use
The product was ok but the monthly subscription and the thermal paper is not worth it.
