As describes and holds up well. Been leaving this in the weather for over a year at this point and it looks the same as the day I got it. No rust, no wear and tear other than from general usage.

I didn't need as many as come in the pack, but I have been able to give some to friends. So far the quality is good nd there is no rust. Worked great on my utility trailer hitch.

I paid an extra 3 dollars to have it delivered the same day between 5-10pm but it was the delivered the next day a little after 5am. I could have got it shipped for next day delivery instead of the extra $2.99 for same day delivery. But the product is great work well with my application
