Good quality at a good price!
A good buy. Cools a small room like it is advertised to. A bit louder than I had hoped, otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

Didn’t get cold
This did not get cold number one, but it was missing a few of the pieces that should’ve been in the box when arrived .. it might’ve been used before I got it and returned. I’m not sure but I did not come with any insulation and the other insulation tape that was supposed to be in the box. I returned it. I’m waiting for refund I will update my post as needed.

Disappointing
I bought this 5000btu unit for a small bedroom. It worked, but barely. Even on the coolest setting it barely puffed out cool air. I’d describe the 2 fan settings as loud and louder. I measured 65-70db at 8 feet away. The fan speed went up and down at random and it wobbled in the window. This thing just seems poorly made. The reason I give 2 stars instead of 1 is because Amazon made it easy to return. I replaced it with a Frigidaire unit (also 5000btu) that works great.
