Quiet and Low Cost
Love them. Not very loud even with 9 fans at 1500rpms.

They're a bit on the loud side, but perform great.
Never been too sensitive to fan noise. My gaming computer runs an aggressive fan curve that has bothered others around the place, but not me. Having said that, once you get past 75-80% of the maximum speed, these things are LOUD. When initially messing with the fan curve I thought one at 80% was loud, two was far worse... I don't know how to explain the science of it, but Gamers Nexus did a great video on fan sound a while back that might be able to. Basically, if you have several of these in your system, and they're running wide open, your neighbors might be able to hear them! Otherwise, I can't fault the performance or the price. If LOUD, fan noise (that has a bit of an annoying "whine" to it) doesn't bother you, then you'd probably never find any better fans at this price.Update: I still think the fans are on the loud side, but they aren't nearly as bad as I originally said they were. It turns out, the way they were mounted to the bottom of my case/the design of the case itself, was responsible for a lot of the excessive noise I was hearing. They weren't doing much in that position anyway, so I bought a PCI fan bracket to move them up closer to the GPU. (This ended up lowering core and hotspot temps a further 5-10C after having just repasted and changed the thermal pads last week.) The fans are a lot less noisy in this position. Still loud, but unless you're sensitive to fan noise, they might not bother you even when they're running at 100% speed.

Great gaming pc fans
These fans provide great airflow while being quite with low noise and looking good. Performance is above more expensive brand fans. Fit perfect in my case and are easy to adjust and control. Keeps my entire pc cold with 5070ti.

It's Thermalright, just buy it they do not dissapoint for the price or performance.
Ordered tons of these fans and they just work as advertised without hassle or issues. Even RGB lighting works on all the different layouts for the basic/standard rgb effects. These also happen to look really good with the diffused rgb lighting. Only con is they don't always get the front stickers on straight (pet peeve but has no performance issues involved) These are always a safe cost effective fan solution for any build or fan replacement. They always come with authenticity stickers as well. Very well made stuff.
