Men Brown Leather Motorcycle Jacket with Removable Hood

***For whatever reason Amazon jumbled up the photos I uploaded so sorry in advance 😂. This review is a long one, so buckle up. It covers the quality & specs of the jacket in addition to the sizing recommendations from both my husband (5'8, 180 pounds, 40 inch chest) AND his best friend (6'7, 300 pounds on the money and a chest measurement of 49 inches). HUSBAND SIZING: This jacket is amazing! I purchased it for my husband and he is obsessed. He is 5'8 and weighs between 180 pounds. He usually wears a size large because of his shoulders and the fact that he has a longer torso and isn't a fan of shirts riding up. However, I really wanted this to fit him properly (because it is a "slim" fit jacket) so I measured his chest at the widest part and he measured 40 inches exactly. Based off their sizing chart, a body chest size of 39"-41" recommends purchasing a medium so I did and it fit him great (in my opinion 😂). I was so worried about it being too tight on his shoulders or too short but it looks perfect on him. I could not recommend their sizing chart more!! Measure your chest at the widest point and go with their recommended sizing guide. ***Just a few updates on sizing if it helps someone else out! Although the jacket did LOOK like the fit was great it ended up being too tight on his shoulders, chest and stomach when he tried to actually function in it. This jacket is a slim fit jacket by definition so if you are on the high end of the recommended measurements OR prefer your jackets to be a little looser fitting (which my husband does) we would definitely recommend sizing up one size. Because of this, we exchanged his medium for a large and he could not be happier! QUALITY & SPECS: Honestly, I was slightly hesitant about this jacket because my husband doesn't like clothes that look too trendy and I also didn't know if the jacket would be a cheap replica of the photos shown in the ad or not (we've received some comically terrible fakes before 😂). However, I can assure you that the jacket in the ad is the EXACT jacket you will receive and the jacket itself is amazing quality! The jacket really is a BEAUTIFUL suede like genuine leather and my husband said it's one of the most comfortable jackets he's ever owned. You have the option to remove the hood to personalize it for your needs that day (it just zips right off!) and looks great both ways (although my husband does prefer with the hood attached). There are so many pockets on the jacket and they are all fully functional! He loves the interior pockets for keeping his possessions safe when he is on his motorcycle. The jacket also has ribbed arm cuffs for the perfect fit and is even wind resistant and keeps him cozy warm while he is riding. Keep in mind that this jacket is a thin leather, so wear it riding at your own discrepancy. This jacket is exceptional quality overall and we are very impressed. BEST FRIEND SIZING: After seeing how awesome this jacket was, my husband's best friend decided to buy it in black. Again, he is 6'7 tall, 300 pounds and has a chest measuring in at 49.5 inches. (48.0 inches relaxed, 50.0 inches when standing straight up and chest out). Based off the recommended sizing chart he fell perfectly within the lines of a 2XL and being the height that he is, decided to buy a 2XL TALL. The jacket he received is the same exact awesome quality we anticipated, so I'll save you that spiel. HOWEVER, the fit of the jacket was too tight for him and even in the 2XL TALL sizing, the bottom of the gray jacket was roughly 4-5 inches above the bottom of the leather jacket. The jacket did fit him in the sense that it did zip no problem (you can see him standing in our garage in the black jacket in one of my numerous photos in the 2XL TALL sized jacket). The problem was that it was too tight in his shoulders and the length of the jacket, particularly of the hooded under portion. When he moved, flexed, took a deep breath of air or had any regular movement the jacket was too tight on him. He told me it fit like a "baby Gap" jacket on him 😂. After really diving into the "big and tall" sizing chart we decided to exchange it for a 3XL (the options were awkwardly a "3XL" or a "XXXL" so based on the color he wanted we opted for the "3XL" since there was no tall option to choose from). After receiving the 3XL he told me that it did fit much better but unfortunately the shoulders were still a little too tight and the shortness of the jacket really bothered him (keep in mind this guy is 6'7) so he would also recommend sizing up! CONCLUSION: Overall, this jacket is one of the most impressive purchases we've ever made on Amazon and we highly recommend it, you will not be disappointed! The sizing chart is impressively legit, but keep in mind that this is a slim fit jacket so if you want a looser fit or find yourself on the high end of the sizing chart, do yourself a favor and size up one :). Hope this proves helpful for others looking at this jacket! It really is amazing.

I took a gamble on buying a jacket online but was tired of searching Goodwill and finding nothing. I found the fit guide to be pretty useful and, turns out, accurate. However I was a bit apprehensive at the price-to-quality ratio of this as it looked really nice but was still pretty cheap ($150 on sale at the time). I am 6' 2" and 270lbs and all around a thicker guy so I got the 2XL Tall which is usually the size I prefer in t-shirts and hoodies. It fits a bit tight around the chest, as in I have limited movement in lifting my arms above my chest. Also the sleeves are a little long and not tight enough around the wrists (A medium glove fits tightly on me). When riding the wind will open the cuffs slightly and let a bit of wind in. That being said, the coat is so well made and good looking that it's worth those shortcomings. It looks just as good in person as it does in the pictures. I love how it feels and it fits so well everywhere else that I just feel good wearing it. It is easily my favorite coat now and I look forward to wearing it. I plan to do something about tightening the wrist cuffs somehow as that is my only real complaint. The tight chest area seems to be breaking in a bit after more use. I would buy this again and I would pay more for it if I had to. It is REAL pig skin. The smell doesn't lie. I love it but you will notice it when it's in the room with you. This will go away some with time of course.

I read the reviews on this jacket mostly for sizing. I ended up ordering a large tall. For reference I’m 6ft4in 180lbs. This jacket fits me. Honestly I should have gotten the xl tall. But this jacket looks good on me not all bulky, for once it’s a nice fit! The quality is good the leather is a bit stiff but that’s what leather is until you break it in. Seams appear to be well stitched. My had NO Smell at all just leather. For me to make the next comment is shocking even to me! I’m always cold. This jacket is warm! Is it a motorcycle jacket No. It’ll offer some protection. I seen a review where the guy posted his picture in the jacket and his jacket looked really good on him. I thought it was a good looking jacket. Now I was looking at same style in lamb mine is pig.. I’m happy lamb softer to break in. Pig in my opinion is stronger. Now for the only negative I could find. The lower side pockets are to shallow. The lower zipper pocket I keep my phone in. There’s plenty of pockets but still. We’re not china size people we have big hands open the pockets up! I like the jacket I would buy again.

I am very pleased with this jacket. First of all, I saw comments that the jacket runs small. I'm 5'10" and around 200 lbs, and usually am between a large-XL, so I ordered an XXL and it fits perfectly. I love the color; it's slightly less shiny than depicted on the photos. Yes, it does a slight odor but I don't find it to be problematic (if any of you ever had a brand new baseball glove, it's a little like that.) I find the jacket to be very warm; yesterday morning it was a brisk 27°F here in North Carolina, and I was very comfy. The quality of the jacket is excellent and I expect it to last for years without any issues. The zip-out hood is somewhat oversized, and there's no drawstring, but I can see it being welcome on a windy and wet day. I would rate this jacket a 4.5 out of 5 stars. I'm very happy I purchased it!

Beautiful! I have a 41in. Chest and this jacket is Good for riding motorcycles. I dont know what others mean but ALL pockets ARE functional! It has a beautiful suade look and feel. It doesnt smell like typical leather watch straps but still real leather. One sad part is that it does get dirty fast. As long as you have a special REAL leather SUADE cleaner you'll be fine! This jacket get MANY compliments. People assume it costs more than what you paid for. And it is a bit heavy. Which I love and perfer. It makes me feel like a man. And each time i think how heavy it is, just reminds me how manly I am. Jk this jacket is a MUST. All the photos you see are natural lighting besides the selfie. Update: I've used this in the rain MANY times and still is good! With no cracks or splits. The edges have a nice leather warn look which looks even better the more I wear it. This jacket will jacket will age beautifully well! This is hog pig suede leather ( genuine leather) it's obvious that's its not nubuck leather/ full grain or top grain leather. There for, it wont be that strong when it comes to a motorcycle slide fall. Dont get me wrong it WILL PROTECT you if you fall. For the price you cant complain. It WILL get the job done well. This jacket protects up to 50 degrees farenheit which is pretty good if you live in south California like me. This jacket is lined with polyester(inside of the jackets material). So it's not that great if you use it strictly for the cold. I do feel this jacket is very well made. If this jacket was made from a mainstream brand (hugo boss) it would cost 500 to 600 bucks easy. Your getting a whole load of jacket for the price. This is a NGJ (a no girl jacket) is jacket is so scrumptious that you would not want to let a girl use this jacket. Especially if it's the first date. You may never get it back from her. please so your self a favor and keep a jacket you dont care about I'm your car so she can use. Maybe keep. Please dont give anyone your jackets! (Unless shes a real girlfriend or wife). I will be buying a second jacket that's black. Not sure if I'll buy it medium or large again. I normal wear medium shirts and this jackets fits pretty good with a large. Plus you can layer it for the cold of you do get it slightly larger. This jacket is a must get it before they increase the price! (Hope they don't) and the jacket is made in india for those who care about where it's made.

This is a well made jacket. The quality is fine, and the materials are first rate. The leather has a very soft finish, uniform and natural. The lining is good, well made and warm. I simply cannot find any shortcomings with the jacket. I bought the black one, and it’s a rather very dark grey. To me it was worth the money, easily. I’d buy another without a doubt, if I needed it or wanted a different style/color.

This is a motorcycle styled jacket, not a motorcycling jacket. It is very nice quality for what it is, but the marketing is misleading. Admittedly, I should have checked before purchasing, so it is predominantly my fault.

As a 378 lbs bloke, I ordered this with a bit of sceptism. When the box arrived, my first thought was it was light for a leather jacket. I opened the box and fair enough, there was a good looking leather jacket. I knew it had a detachable hoody, what I didn't realise was there is a fabric lining like a hoody inside the leather jacket. The leather looks and feels good quality. Next thing was a pain for Brits, the zippers fasten to the left rather than the right but ok. Adopt, adapt and improve. The fit was great around the body which surprised me but, it is quite short, ending just below the belly button, oh dear! I will keep it as I am on an ongoing weight loss regime and have lost 51lbs and 5" off my gut. Onwards and upwards.
