Thinkpad T14 Gen 1 Business Laptop Computer, 14-Inch FHD Display, 10th Gen Quad-Core i7-10510, 16GB DDR4 RAM, 512GB SSD, Webcam, HDMI, Windows 11 Pro (Renewed)

Love this little laptop. And you'd never know it was reconditioned. Even our professional computer guru was impressed. We also have a 16" Lenovo laptop that works like a charm with amazing speed. Lenovo truly makes the best products with great performance and ease of operation.

I purchased this laptop as a gift to my daughter. I could not afford brand new so this was the best I could manage. She is starting her freshman year at university as an engineering major and her program requires certain computer specifications to meet the software requirements they will be using. The alternative was she could use the computers in the computer lab but for safety and security, I wanted her to be able to work from her dorm room if she ever has to stay up late. This met the standard computer specifications and the price was decent. So far it’s working so no complaints.

Everything about this purchase was HORRIBLE. BEST REFURB SCAMS PEOPLE. Windows was not downloaded, unable to install, laptop had a virus, and seller was not helpful at all. Basically useless. Seller said “HUMAN ERROR” sorry ask for replacement-Amazon said no replacement was available. Unfortunately I had to return this device and order something else.

I’ve been using this for over a month now, and it’s been great. I mainly use it for checking stocks on the go, and the keyboard is very comfortable. The battery life is excellent, and the size is perfect for everything—from watching YouTube to doing light work. I can keep multiple tabs open at once, and it still runs smoothly.

I came to revievew after trying it out. First: the speed is impeccable Second: it's feather weight Third: the price is great and it was delivered in perfect condition However, unlike my preverious Lenovo I think there's an issue with the fan. It's too loud after using for less than half an hour. I didn't expect this. Hence I give it a 4 star instead of 5

Like new and works flawlessly. Great customer service, originally it came with an incorrect power adapter but they replaced it right away. Would buy again from this vendor.

Very good

The product is very disappointing. It worked only once, and after that the battery stopped working completely. The charger is also not working, so the product became completely unusable after a single use. What makes the situation even worse is the refund process. The product was delivered without a proper box — it was only folded/packed without a box. When the delivery person came to process the refund, he told me that a box was required. I explained that no box was provided with the product in the first place, but he told me that without the box, I could not get a refund. This is very unfair to the customer. I received a defective product that worked only once, and now I am being denied a refund because of packaging that was never provided. I expect the seller to take responsibility and provide a proper refund or replacement.

Waste of money, the product is not booting and now waiting for the return pickup and refund of my money and it’s taking ages

Falla cargador.

DON’T BUY THIS A LOT OF KEYBOARD KEYS DONT WORK.
