I was in love with this product, but after using 3 months stopped working.

It’s a perfect example of when you think why pay 4 times more for a brand like Nespresso when you can buy the same thing cheaper. The only difference is that the Nespresso frother will serve you years and years, and this one will brake in 3 months. The whisk just stopped turning (not to say that it was a struggle to get it to turn every time you use the frother anyway) which also means that you can’t really use it even just for heating up milk because it burns to the surface. Useless and very disappointing

You have to try 5 or 6 times with the milk inside for that little spinet to work. Very frustrating. That’s what you get when you buy cheap. Will buy another better quality one

Stopped working in less than 3 months. Also milk heating was inconsistent felt tepid at times not even warm.

Alles super, ein toller Schaum. Der Ausguss hätte vielleicht etwas besser sein können.

Alles super, der Aufschäumer macht den perfekten Schaum für den Latte macchiato für daheim. Am 25.10.22 gekauft und im August 2023 musste ich den Aufschäumer reklamieren. Nach kurzem Austausch mit dem Verkäufer wurde mir das Gerät problemlos in 3-4 Tagen ausgetauscht. Absolute Kaufempfehlung 👍 Vielen Dank

Had a problem to locate one of the whisks… asked customer service to send me one.The next day Jackie from customer service replied and suggested I’d take a look at the inside of the lid… and there it was!Perfect! Big shout out to Jackie at parisrhone!
