Completely satisfied Manufacturing date was less than 1 month
Got my exact tire that I ordered. It came 3 days earlier than expected. Manufacturing date was less than 1 month old. Special order tire that came cheaper than anywhere else I could find locally or online.

Bad tires
Tire developed a bubble in 8 months. Only 2,500 miles. Have had to replace many of these tires over past 5 years (even though I try to drive carefully). Thats why I purchased on Amazon. Cheaper than buying from Mercedes. However, when i reached out to Continental they said "we are a wholesaler... not responsible for tires sold on amazon by Continental Tire Store". Not great. Look, I don't expect 50k warranty, or even 30k miles on these low profile tires, but 8 months and 2,500 miles is unacceptable. And customer service not helpful.

Complete failure at 13 months
This tire failed completely at 13 months. Since this is on an AWD vehicle, I must replace all 4 again. Outside of 12 month warranty, so Continental says I’m completely out of luck. So much for standing behind their product.

Convenience of getting tire replaced without having to wait for an appointment with the dealership.
The tire’s manufacture date was recent (about 4 months) and not old as some had speculated. Arrived promptly and was installed by a local tire shop without any problem.

Tires have a 2016 date of manufacture.
Price is fantastic, however the tires are 3 years old which may be why the price is so good. If I had known the date I still would have bought them.
