Broken mug
Absolutely unacceptable packaging. Do you seriously think a trash bag is appropriate packaging for a fragile ceramic mug? The mug was thrown into a plastic bag with no protection, and of course it arrived shattered into pieces. This is completely careless and unprofessional. I was really looking forward to receiving this item, but instead I got a box full of broken ceramic. If you sell fragile products, at least package them properly with bubble wrap and a sturdy box. This was a complete waste of time and extremely disappointing.

As a huge fan of Beauty and the Beast I had high hopes for the is mug. It did not disappoint. Mug is the perfect size for coffee,tea or hot cocoa. Keeps my coffee warm for a decent amount of time. Would make a great gift or keep to use. Love the look of it

Taza hermosa y grande.
Se la regalé en Navidad a mi hija de 5 años. Pensé que era una taza chica y en realidad es una taza grande. La calidad es muy buena pero si es algo pesada. A mi hija le encantó, aunque tome en ella desde un popote.

Cerâmica e pintura de baixa qualidade!
Infelizmente essas canecas Silver Buffalo deste aplicativo, além de extremamente caras, são de um material de baixíssima qualidade, não é a primeira experiência, não sei como podem levar o sêlo da Disney nestas canecas. A pintura vem toda manchada, como se fosse uma aquarela pintada à mão por uma criança de creche. Bicados e defeitos em uma cerâmica quase que "oca" de tão leve, por mais que sejam grandes! NÃO RECOMENDO, NÃO VALE O PREÇO ABSURDO QUE COBRAM, inferior até mesmo as canecas da Shein que são mais baratas.
