This is my favorite baby product by far!! It's now my go-to gift for all new moms. The applicator is super easy to use, cream goes on evenly, and my hands stay clean.

This thing is a must! I give it as a gift to all new mothers. It's so easy to pop on top of any tube of diaper cream and makes applying an absolute dream. I just give it a once over with a baby wipe when we're done to get the extra paste off. Such a great invention and so much easier than those little spatula tools.

I was really excited to use this product and, and I didn't know how well it would work. It works exactly as described, it makes putting diaper cream on so easy with much less mess, and super fast one swipe and you're done. The only problem is that the adapter keeps spinning on my destine bottle. It's too loose. It's actually so loose that it came off just in my diaper bag and got cream everywhere. And really the diaper bag just went from the house to the car, car to the house and we never had to use it, so the fact that it came undone that easily is kind of disappointing. The second one that I purchased I use at the house but I have to keep it out of each baby so that he doesn't pull off the cap. Other than that it's one of the best products that you can use for diaper cream, and I use one of those little bum spatulas before.

Babies get diaper rashes. I hate having to snap open a tube of paste, squeeze some out on back of hand or on spatula, then swipe and spread, while my 8 month old tries to wiggle away from me. I've tried using a spray, the coverage isn't the best for me and the spray is expensive. I can get 3 giant tubes of Desitin paste for the price of 2 sprays. I don't like the standing spatulas because I use squeeze tube pastes, and I hate wiping/cleaning the spatula afterwards. This thing is amazing! For busy parents, for those with super active and chunky babies, those that use tube diaper pastes, this is a must have! Clean the bum, snap the opening off, squeeze, hold the legs, swip and spread, then wipe off the excess on the diaper, seal the bum up, done. I bought one to try, I'm back to buy more. I will add a tooth paste tube squeezer on the tube. I guess the only thing I wish is the lid can be easily found after it comes off? Like there is a connector of some sort, if my baby cannot kick it off the changing table? Regardless, this thing is awesome! 😎

In concept, this is an AMAZING product and I had such high hopes. I really thought it was going to be a game changer for the diaper bag. (I even bought a 2-pack bc I was so confident.) Unfortunately the threads on the caps just don’t seem to fit tight enough — I’ve only used on Boudreaux’s and with the adapter on A+D though, so the fit may be better with other creams. Something about the threading just isn’t secure, so if you’re not super careful about pulling the cap off, the entire spatula easily comes off with it, and when you twist it back on it’s easy to over twist, causing the whole thing to fall off again. Even when I’m extra careful, it still comes apart 50% of the time (happens to my husband every single time he uses it, so he just uses his hands bc he thinks it’s less of a hassle). This may not seem like THAT big of a deal. But when you’re purchasing something solely for the purpose of aiding in convenience, it is extremely disappointing when it ends up producing the opposite results. My secondary complaint (which would essentially be a non-issue if it were my only complaint) is that the edge of the spatula picks up excess ointment and it often cakes up on the back. You can easily use a baby wipe to clean it off, but it does seem like a waste of product so it would be nice if they just changed the shape of the spatula (like the applicator of a Blistex Medicated Lip Ointment). I will continue to use them until I finish the tubes they are on bc I’ve already discarded the original caps to my creams. But I REALLY wish the caps fit better. Would definitely repurchase (and include with all of my future baby shower gift purchases) if the cap fit issue was corrected.

I don’t know how we’d survive diaper changes without this. Buy this now.
