Why does the surface have slight variations in finish?

Slight variations are a natural result of the precision manufacturing process and are normal for stainless steel tools. They do not affect performance or usability.

How do I use the puck screen?

Add coffee and tamp as usual, then place the puck screen flat on top. Lock the portafilter and start extraction. After use, remove and rinse with water. Regular cleaning helps maintain performance and hygiene.

What does the puck screen do?

It improves water distribution during extraction, helping reduce channeling and keeping the group head cleaner by limiting coffee residue buildup.

Will it significantly improve espresso taste?

It is designed to improve consistency and cleanliness rather than dramatically change flavor. Results may vary depending on grind size, beans, and machine settings.

Is the dual-layer structure durable?

Made with a 0.8mm dual-layer stainless steel design, it performs reliably under normal use. Excessive pressure or improper handling may affect durability, so proper use is recommended.
