Melvin Slim Designer 15.6 Inch Laptop Backpack, Brown (111-004)

I bought this for my up coming trip to the USA and wanted something that could hold my 2 in one tablet/laptop along with my kindle and their cables plus some clothes and a tolietries bag. Now I bought this hoping it would be smaller then they claimed it was (50x40x30) which is very large and would be getting up near more of a small suitcase in size (but it's not a suitcase it is a laptop backpack). Now if something is to be sold any place, a accurate description goes a long way and this is sadly missing from this product I'm unsure why they could not be bothered to do this but in any case they have. The items true size is more along the line of 45cm (46cm max) x 35cm (36cm max) x 12cm (13cm max), it weights in at around 2 lbs or 1kg. So if you want to take it on board a flight chances are you'll be ok with the carry on size restrictions for the most part. This bag has quite a bit of padding on the shoulder straps and back area which is nice specially if you think you'll be lugging it around a fair bit. The inside area for a laptop as a decent amount of padding and if you'll be packing in some clothes it will be fine. There is plenty of room for a few days worth of clothes (or a decent sized thick folder and or thick text books). Plenty of pockets in the second compartment enough for 3 pens/pencils, phone pocket, tablet (or in my case a kindle) pocket a nice mesh zip pocket for cables or odd bit and bobs and basically anything else after that you want to shove in. their is a smaller pocket in the very front and the zipper came hidden on mine I seriously thought it was broken off or something but it was not. It's a decent size pocket and you could fit a pair of head phones depending on size (I have some cheap JVC flats that fit well) and a few documents like passports can fit in on top. Over all it's a good little bag thus far for the price compared to the costly ones I have had that hardly had any padding at all. I'll update once I take my trip but I don't for see any issues with it.

Great customer service, package and delivery were excellent, very happy with Melvin Slim Designer 15.6" Inch Laptop Backpack Bag, it is very good quality backpack bag, lining is feeling well made, light weight, just right fit for my Lenovo 15.6" Inch Laptop, the size of bag is not bulky but still plenty of space for A4 format documents and other things too, nice brown colour, stylish, durable bag exactly what I have been looking for with the good value of money, I'm very delighted and thank you very much.

Arrived late, dirty and mouldy, loose in a cardboard box. Not even a protective plastic bag. Also the colour is really not like on the photos.

Good quality bag with lots of room for items in addition to the laptop. The bag has ample padding and is really comfortable to carry. Item arrived in good time, although packaging a little excessive (and wasteful).

The colour is different than what appeared on the website. I want to return, but there is an expense for that, isn't it ..

Excellent item for a reasonable price. Feels sturdy, well made, good padding for carrying a laptop. Interesting colour as different, dark brown not as light as in the pictures. Too early to comment on durability but looks more expensive than the price would suggest and just want I needed. You can also lock with a padlock if need be and ample pockets/storage for other bits. Nice to be presently surprised by a product.

Great lightweight laptop backpack. Ideal size to fit my 15.6" laptop and also has lots of handy pockets and space for books or other small devices. The laptop and tablet compartments are reinforced for maximum protection. Very sturdy and smart looking for work or study. I liked this backpack so much I bought another one for my son to use when he goes back to uni. Great value!

Top quality but too heavy for me to carry.
