A beautifully finished knife. Extremely sharp edge and well balanced. I would not recommend it for hacking or chopping, unless material being cut was not too hard. For all other general cutting it’s fine. Appreciate the scabbard and it’s multiple mounting loops.

Pros: Beautiful knife; decent price; lighter than expected; best grip of any of my knives; do not recommend for hacking or abuse. Cons: The snap closure on the scabbard nylon strip broke off on first use; replaced it with Velcro. (Could have replaced knife easily but don’t trust the snap no-mo.)

Very nice knife for the money, single edged bayonet style blade, razor sharp right out of the box. D2 steel is tough stuff, I used to make automotive tooling out of it. The handle could be a bit better.

It was dull

This blade is not double edged like the vendor claims. It is also not full tang like the vendor claims.

Dieser Deer Catcher ist perfekt gearbeitet, zudem Full Tang und stabil mit einer sehr guten Schärfe wie gut balanciert. Die Scheide optimalst angepasst wie verarbeitet, kein wackeln schlagen oder anderes. Für mich im Waidmännischen Gebrauch ein spitzen Arbeitsgerät und das Gewicht dazu überraschender Weise spitzenmäßig gut zu tragen, man spürt ihn kaum. Klare ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ in den Odenwald. Versand schnell ohne Probleme.

Nicht zu empfehlen. Nach dem 4 mal wo es benutzt worden ist ...ist beim Schlag auf ein Haselnussast die Klinge gebrochen.
