They work well and taste good.

I don’t have a ton of data to support my review but I can talk about how I feel after taking these for 30 days. I take 1 gummy in the morning and 1 at night after dinner. In the morning, I do feel like these suppress my appetite for quite some time. I’m able to skip breakfast and eat my first meal around noon without feeling like I’m starving. I’m pretty much consistently eating two meals a day (500-600 calories for lunch, 800-900 calories for dinner). I have lost 10 pounds in the last 30 days BUT I have also increased my workouts tremendously so I can’t say that the pills necessarily did the trick. But I previously had an issue of eating more anytime I worked out more. I no longer have this issue thanks to these gummies. Just ordered my second batch. Hope this helps someone! :)

This was quite a con game. Even the queen of television herself, the mighty "O", endorsed this garbage. She should give me and everyone else who bought this junk a refund. I'd be happy with double my money back. Weight loss - nonsense. I lost weight out of my wallet and that was all.

I bought these because I always hear how ACV helps you lose weight. These do nothing for that. However, I keep buying them because I feel they help with overall digestion. They are a bit sour, but I kinda like the taste.

I've lost a total of 27lbs in less than 3mo. These Keto Gummy Vitamins really supress your appetite and helps you go one really good time a day. When I first started KETO Apple Cider Vinegar GV, I wouldn't dare take them right before I was about to leave or else you'll be blowing up a public restroom and on the toilet for awhile. But now I'm 6mo in and I take them as soon as I wake in the morning that way I'm still at home doing my early morning routine and haven't left for my long commute. I say talk to your PCP 1st because these are a supplement (I call them my Ozempic). One major side effect is it thins my blood and seeing I'm already taking Warffrin my levels are all over the place so I now take less blood thinner (Coumadin Clinic monitors it each week) which I'm ok with. Flavor tasted good no bitter aftertaste however they didn't seem to work at all. Didn't curb appetite nor help with anything that specified. For me since it didn't work, I would not be purchasing again but for some... all I can say is if it worked for you great if not.. try to find something else.
