I recently purchased the VVAAGG Flint and steel Starter kit from Amazon, and it has quickly become a staple in my outdoor gear collection. Decent buy to be prepared
I like the whole kit it came with, and was able to ignite some dryer lint pretty quickly. It throws some big sparks but the rod seems to be wearing down rather quickly. I don't forsee it lasting that long but it's only for emergencies so at least I'll have it if I need it.

Takes some getting used to to get it to work properly but once you get it figured out it takes next to no effort to start a fire

Handy little kit
Debating on getting a second one....keep this one with my camping gear, but may order a second for at home use (firepit). Good quality on all the components. Worth the price, easy to use, handy little case.

Puts a little spark in your life.
With a strike here and a strike there, you have fire! Best to get a buffing wheel to clean off the paint coating first, so it is ready when you need it!

It does the job of creating a fire and all so it fine ! Was not expensive so I’m happy
