After discovering pickling from a freinds BBQ book i wantes a book just on that subject.There are many out there but i wanted a fresh take on things and some modern recipes aswell. This book is great i have done two pickling recipes so far and they have been great.The recipes are simple and most ingridients are easy to obtain. Ideal for anyone looking to get into pickling.I hate to use the word but its a bit "craft " which is what i wanted not some old style dated view on pickling.

Great book that I heard about on Chris Evans's Radio 2 breakfast show. Bought it for my partner who loves little homemade crafts and cookery and she loved it. Who knew there where so many pickles?

Great book with plenty of recipes for pickling stuff. I thought it was more to do with actual pickles. However, I am happy with my book.

New interpretations of old favorites...this book ain't the same old, same old...most books on pickling are all the same. Good to see some fresh ideas for a change.

This is a well done informative book about all things pickles. Creative ideas from a master.

Awesome Stuff.... there are editing errors in the recipes... For example The Napa Kimchi recipe doesn't make sense. But if you kinda know what your are doing it's delicious. The pickles are awesome.
